May Instructor Highlight of the Month – Jim Hostler

Jim Hostler, Author, Educator, Speaker & Reverse Mortgage Specialist. Additionally, he holds the Certified Divorce Lending Professional (CDLP) designation and the Real Estate Collaboration Specialist – Divorce (RCS-D) designations. He is also the CEO & Founder of the Reverse Mortgage Planning Institute.

Jim holds a Master’s degree, and is currently working on his doctoral degree in Metaphysics. During the real estate downturn, Jim worked for one of the top three Diversity Training companies in the U.S. and facilitated training to companies such as Caterpillar, Nationwide Insurance, Sara Lee, and the U.S. Forest Service. His degree and training give Jim a unique advantage to listen to, understand, and work with, a wide and diverse group of people.

With his passion to help people coupled with his vast, deep knowledge, and experience of residential mortgages, Jim is uniquely qualified to help people with all of their residential financing needs.
