All over the Valley restaurants are popping up and giving us reason to head out of the kitchen and into their dining rooms. This is a small sample of where you can go to meet your clients for a bite, chat up some friends, or simply enjoy a meal.
Ocotillo hasn’t been open long but has quickly become a favorite among locals. The restaurant has plenty of indoor and outdoor seating, with a lounge area, patio, outside communal seating and a coffee bar. To eat, may we suggest the smoked brisket for brunch or the Ocotillo chicken for lunch or dinner.
Lunch will never be the same once you stop into Desoto Central Market where you’ll find three restaurants by Chef Stephen Jones a burger joint with a bar attached, Southern inspired eats and fresh seafood. Also inside the large space is Tea & Toast, Radish and Adobo Dragon. Don’t worry about finding a seat, they have plenty with two levels inside and a large outdoor patio.
For those breakfast or coffee meetings, get your caffeine fix at Lux Central. If you stay there long enough, you can head next door to Chris Bianco’s restaurant, Pane Bianco and order lunch.
Healthy and quick is the name of the game at Flower Child. Power lunch at one of their three locations and enjoy an array of salads, entrees and my personal favorite the bowls with protein and veggies. They are also able to accommodate those that are dairy free, meat free and gluten free.
To cater you next office meeting, The Herb Box can take care of everything or simple grab a bite inside the restaurant too. You can also call up Phoenix Public Market, where Chef Aaron Chamberlain is whipping up fresh market cuisine using seasonal and locally sourced ingredients. This Downtown restaurant is another go to spot to catch up on emails or have lunch or breakfast.
Interested in taking clients out to the best happy hour? Head to Roka Akor where you won’t be the only group in there ordering the entire happy hour menu. Prime cuts of steak, fresh seafood and top quality in taste will entice you to keep coming back for more.
Located down south? Liberty Market is where you can schedule meetings for breakfast, lunch or dinner. Their drool worthy fare includes coffee drinks using Stumptown beans, a Smothered Breakfast Burrito, Crab Po’Boy and Short Rib Rigatoni, to name a few.
Virtu is nestled in Old Town Scottsdale. Here you’ll be able to dazzle your client’s taste buds with Chef Gio Osso’s famous craft. He serves brunch and dinner every day and you’ll instantly fall in love with the intimate space and phenomenal menu.
